History

Since
the beginning .

Life is sometimes unfair because illness and disability strike too often. And it seems even more unbearable when it comes to children or teenagers. It is their will, their courage and that of their loved ones that gave me the desire to create Justine for kids in 2008 and then in 2022, the Justine Henin Foundation. Through our various actions, we have always tried to bring a little comfort and happiness to these children who lost their carefree spirit far too early.

From now on, I invite you to join me in encouraging them to practice sports and to benefit from its innumerable advantages.

With heart.

What we do.

Our
priority.

To provide a caring and safe space where children can fully and sustainably benefit from the practice of sport

The Justine Henin Foundation supports programmes that encourage the practice of sport and demonstrate a positive impact on children and adolescents with illnesses or disabilities in one of the following areas:

– physical: well-being, muscle strengthening, improved resistance to fatigue, improved motor coordination

– social: social integration, inclusion, …

personal development: learning self-discipline, self-esteem, psychological well-being, personal fulfilment, development of the spirit of cooperation, …
